Good evening

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Danny and his kind colleague -  two people who were absolutely amazing today.

Thank you both so much for all your help on 10 May 2025 at the EE store in the Touchwood Centre, Solihull, West Midlands.

These 2 members of staff were just so professional, kind and thoughtful and resolved  a really difficult situation so well.  I am so very grateful. 

Please give  my thanks to both of them  and to their managers - they both deserve a very big thank you from their company for being so brilliant.
