Hi all,
I left as an EE employee less than two years ago, but I’m fairly certain I had some Switch Points. Someone has left recently and still had access after a month, however, my access is blocked.
Who is able to help in this situation?

I would imagine your internal user account would have been removed long before now, along with any incentives which were not redeemed before your exit from the company.
This other individual may have still had access due to their user account not being fully closed down at that time, as these account audits likely happen in cycles.
This is also possibly not the appropriate place to speak about internal matters as this is a public customer-facing forum, regardless of your current employment status with EE.
