TWICE NOW - not received so unable to ROAM on holiday (even after notifying EE. Got no solid answer to prob?
But on reading forums (am guessing) is coz on PAYG?  

So solution was now but a different Sim and use that (Lebara) on holiday.

PAYG is auto-enabled for roaming once first used in the UK. Manually selecting a local network in your host country, can often resolve issues when the default automatic mode doesn't work for whatever reason.

Roaming activation, assuming that's what you mean by notification, is a one-off process for pay-monthly users - once activated, the facility remains active.
