I have recently up graded my phone and I am still waiting for my promo code and I have been in touch with EE several times now and have been assured that I would receive it straight away and still no text or email?
I have tried to contact the claims department and after several phone calls and been on hold I have had the phone put down on me on every occasion, ...ggggrrrrrr
Can any one help or assist me on this please.
