I assume you don’t want to use the online live chat service’s available. So…
Call 150 from your ee mobile and follow the menu, if none of the options relate to your reason for contact and you can’t seem to find a way to chat. I recently experienced this! so I selected an option that wasn’t listed and got through to the new service (they text a link and you just need to select your issue) I couldn’t find the exact match but I was able to narrow it down and within 15 minutes I was talking to a very helpful agent.
