  • Having problems for six weeks . Was told to lodge complaint and someone has to contact you. Have complained three separate times and still nothing.

However, if there is something that you’re not happy with, you should contact customer services first who will try and solve your issue quickly where we can.

Yes I have tried, three times. No one has phoned me ,even though they said
they would. Surely they can look at my account and see what's been going
on.

Would have thought it would all be on my account. A phone would be good.

When you contact customer service to raise an initial complaint, you will always receive your complaint reference number by text message. Do you still have this? 
If so, you can contact Customer Service and quote the complaint reference number where a guide will follow this up for you straight away.
