However, if there is something that you’re not happy with, you should contact customer services first who will try and solve your issue quickly where we can.

When you contact customer service to raise an initial complaint, you will always receive your complaint reference number by text message. Do you still have this?
If so, you can contact Customer Service and quote the complaint reference number where a guide will follow this up for you straight away.
