Positive feedback. Amazing support from Sean M

I want to feedback about Sean M, one of your advisors but haven’t been sent a feedback questionnaire or form. So I will give feedback here and hope it gets to whoever needs to see it.
I recently had a great deal of trouble with switching over mobile accounts from BT for my family. Without going into complex details the issues were leading to significant problems for my family.

I contacted EE and was really fortunate to be connected to Sean. He was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding. Our problems took a total of around 4 hours on the phone over two weeks and about 10  calls with Sean to resolve. Sean updated me every step of the way, had open lines of communication through direct email also. I could not have felt more supported and understood and like he genuinely cared. So many issues came about and time and time again Sean had to really wrack his brains to work out what to do. I will now recommend EE for mobiles to anyone based on the level of support you give.

Can someone at EE give this lad a prize or a reward of some sort because he is just amazing at his job and is worth his weight in gold to the company.
