I'm an ex employee (T-Mobile 2000-2004), I need to get in touch with whoever manages the pension plan. I need to notify them of a change of address, and i've lost a lot of paperwork in a house move, so i've no idea how to get in touch. Last correspondence I remember getting for the plan was from a company called Capita? 

If anyone has details of who manages it now, and contact information I can use to update them with a change of address, would be greatly appreciated.
