Now on hold for the 4th time

First time on hold 37 mins. Redialled another number - got through to someone and were cut off while talking. I waited for them to call me back. They didn't.

Rang yet another number, gave up after 10 mins.

Now on the 4th call.  15 mins in. Nothing. 

Is anybody there?
