This is the first time I have used ee, they have taken 90 upfront payment and sent me no confirmation, Frankly I am disgusted , I can’t get through to anyone on any of the numbers provided as there is no option to choose regarding this , disappointed and need a confirmation email today or my my money back today ,

I know you'll want to make sure that you order is going through.
Have you had a look in the junk or spam folder of your email in case it has dropped in there?
When was it you placed the order?
Did you see a confirmation when placing the order with an order number?

@gjr83 , when you ring customer service, press 2 and you should get through to speak to a person.
