Need help correcting wrong broadband address on my EE account

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on how to correct the broadband address shown on my EE account.

My broadband was originally with BT. I previously lived at an old address, then moved to my current address. I have since transferred from BT to EE, and I have already been using EE broadband for a while. However, my EE broadband account still appears to show my old address rather than my current address.

Could anyone advise the best way to get EE to update the broadband service address (not bill address) properly?

Thanks in advance for any help.

@wsspzwps : EE must obviously know the location at which they are providing your BB. It's just a matter of correcting it in your BB a/c. You'll need to phone CS to get them to correct it. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
