I have been paying £32 a month for the big entertainment package , NOW TV. I have never been able to access it. All the films come up with rent or buy on the corner of the screen. Netflix is also included. Can someone explain this to me. I did ring EE but they have somebody else's mobile phone recorder against my name, and he sent the pin number to somebody else. He refused to change the mobile phone number for me. He couldn't help me , he really didn't know. I have been paying for 2 years and never watched a thing on NOW tv.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to get this sorted with our customer support guides last time you called. This is something that they should be able to help you with, after checking everything from our side.
Could you try giving us a call again on 150, please? Let us know what happens and whether you get this fixed.

@Betsy1213 Your Now TV subscription is correctly associated with the email address that you used to sign into these forums with, and has the Entertainment and Cinema packages added to it. Did you manage to get this correctly since posting on here? Or are you still experiencing issues?
