Hello.
My wife has recently started a job for EE. Prior to starting this job they knew we had a dependant. Unfortunately that dependant has become very ill with HFMD. Because of this she has had to take past Friday this Wednesday and Thursday off until I can get off work. Managers have said she is going to get into trouble as she is taking time off and she isn't allowed, however under employees rights act 1994 she is very much legally allowed without repercussion to care for our child.
I need the email for the relevant HR teams for her so she can't escalate this please.
