@Figuers , we are sorry to hear you want to leave EE, but what is your question?
If you want to cancel a contract, this would depend whether you have reached your minimum term, as you have to pay off the rest of your contract if before the minimum term. You would have to ring customer service to cancel it and find out whether you owe any money and also give them 30 days notice, or whether you want to go to another network and keep your device, in which case you would need a PAC code to give to your new network, this applies to pay as you go as well, you would need a PAC code if you wanted to keep your number, but do not need to ring customer service.
If broadband, you would also need to ring customer service, but if you wanted to go to another network, you would need to let the new company know and they should be able to take care of it, I believe.
