I don’t know if this is the right place to post this and that this finds the right people because I didn’t get to reply to the message before the conversation was closed on EE messaging chat! I just wanted to say thank you so much to Sushant and Mohit who helped me today, they truly were amazing! The help, patience, kindness and quick service even though today was busy for them was just great! The customer service I had from them both were top tier and I couldn’t have asked for better people to have helped me today! It’s refreshing to have this kind of customer service! So thank you again to them both, EE should be proud to have employees like those two!

Hi Chris_S, thank you for replying! Of course you’re welcome… I’ve never used the community page before but I just had to post after the service I had! I didn’t have a text about a survey to give feedback… but I did have a feedback survey after the live chat had ended which I rated and left feedback on! But if I do have a text come through about feedback I will happily do that too!
