I’ve got an unwanted badge 🤨

So I complain about the app and I get a badge for being helpful instead of a response from EE the app needs to be completely remodelled… it seems it’s main use is advertising anyway..perhaps this could be done in the small hours of the night instead of the evening when far more people are likely to be using it… chuck steak!

@Tuss  Account maintenance is done when there will be less demand for account access.   The app is a portal to your account so if account are offline so is the app.  Account maintenance happens roughly 10pm to 6am 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
