Hi,
I have mobile and broadband contracts with EE.
When i login on my pc i can see my broadband plan, but not my mobile plan. I have tried linking my mobile to see both but it simply does not work. I wish to change to a sim only deal but cant because i cant see my existing plan. help?

thanks for the reply.
I go through the linking procedure and enter my mobile number and wait for a 6 digit code. Input the code
and it comes up with a message:
"we're having trouble linking your products. You can try linking again or come back when we've fixed things"
i have tried daily for the past 4 days and always get the same message
