I cannot believe how useless this chat bot is

I am trying to lockdown a phone as its been stolen, and all i can do is deal with this waffle of a chatbot, absolutely ridiculous, ee has failed massively here

I'm sorry to hear that your phone has been stolen; it's a horrible situation to be dealing with.

We have a few other ways that you can report your phone as stolen.

An easy way to get in touch is to give us a call, then a guide can block your phone for you.

If you have an iPhone, you can lock your iPhone remotely.

If you have an Android phone, you can also lock your Android device remotely.

You can also lock your account down via your iCloud, Samsung,Google accounts.

You'll need to speak to EE CS if you want to lock your phone down.
