How do I talk to someone?!

Oh my goodness, I am sick of trying to find a way to actually speak to someone in EE - I don't live near a store so I need a call. I have gone through the 150 call, through a variety of options, eventually got to the option of getting someone to phone me back and no-one has. Not sure what else to do?

Hello, there.

Call EE Customer Services on 0800 079 8586 and listen to the recorded messages,
or dial 150 from your mobile.

First message...
on your keypad, select 1 for HOME
or 2 for MOBILE

Second message...
now select 1 for MONTHLY
or 2 for PAYG (pay as you go)

Third message...
now select 3 for TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Fourth message...
and lastly, now select 4 to speak with an advisor.

If you're calling from an EE mobile device, have selected option 1 for a callback and this hasn't worked, please select option 2 and listen to the options available.

Thanks for your response, but I wish it was as easy as that - I spent hours trying to get help from the Contact Us page, as you'd expect to do. It turns out the issue was actually with my account and was causing a variety of pages that should connect me to someone (particularly the request to call me back) weren't working. 

 

I did finally get there there - the first person I spoke to told me I had to send in my ID via post, which turns out not to be the case and the second person I spoke to resolved my ID issue immediately. So, I have some resolution now thank you, but please be assured, I did try the Contact Us page, and every other page on the website and none of them worked 😂
