Had major issues transferring my sim to my new iPhone. Spoke to several staff members on the phone and via Ee chat. Had esim code downloaded and via post. Went without phone signal for 4 days. Ee chat kept telling me it was sorted, this was false.
Finally went to store in Wembley and Habib sorted this for me very quickly. He was friendly and helpful and professional. Thanks Habib.
