i'm just writing this to say that I've upgraded two of my phone lines through EE this month, everyone who I've spoken to has been amazing but particularly Maddi, who was extremely helpful with all of my queries and passed me onto the guys that could help me with the rest. Maddi was extremely kind and was able to have a laugh too. It was very refreshing to be able to call a company about a technical issue and be treated with such kindness. If this message could get to Maddi that would be greatly appreciated and once again thank you EE for your excellent customer service.

I did not get a survey after the phone call was terminated. This is why I left the review on the website but I would be more than happy to fill one out if it was possible to send me one?
