I took my phone to the EE store to be sent off for repair on the 17th of October. The store has closed and nobody knows where my phone is. There is clear evidence the phone was delivered to the store but nobody can find as to where it is now. I am currently paying £91 per month for a phone I don't have. I have over the past few weeks been passed to every department EE have and constantly promised call backs that I never get resulting in me chasing them and speaking to different people all of the time that start from the beginning trying all of the same things and leaving with "I'll have to speak to my manager and give you a call back" I've now been told I have to wait until Thursday. I have been an EE customer since they took over from Orange and spend over £400 per month on mine and my sons phones and devices and I am being treated very unfairly. I feel completely let down

I should also add I have spent 3 and a half hours on chat tonight to be told I have to call tomorrow to get it checked???

Are you receiving a call back from a manager on Thursday?
Has the phone been reported as lost?
