Have been told that they would look for any problems remotely and tech would text me results....... nothing !!!  Tried to contact again 4 hours later, again went round in circles until finally told again they were exceptionally busy and could either hold or get call back by engineer within 15 minutes.   2 hours passed and nothing.  Will now look at when my contract ends and transfer to another provider or before if possible as they don't appear to be upholding their contract.
