I am having great difficulty in contacting a human atEE as l cannot get any sense from ‘Aimee’ my digital assistance. Have tried phoning but have to wait at least 30 mins to speak to an agent and my nearest EE shop is 12 miles away. What has happened to ‘Customer Service’?
