Charity Raffle Prize

I am the Chairman of a registered charity that was set up to provide grants to smaller charities. Because we are a very small foundation, for the time being the trustees have made the decision to support a single charity that do some incredible work supporting children in care and care leavers and we have been proud to be able to raise funds and provide grants to them over the last 3 years.

The reason for writing to you is that we are hosting a quiz night on the 8th November which will include a raffle. We have been lucky enough to have been given some raffle prizes by local firms and contacts and I wondered whether you may be willing to provide something for the raffle too. 

It would mean a lot if you would be willing to perhaps offer something. If that is possible, please let me know.

Hi,

We are The Friends Association of Defford Cum Besford Church of England First School with a great offering for children with Special Educational Needs.

We work hard to try and raise as much money as we can each year to support the children’s learning experience with additional equipment and school trips. Given the school has only a little over 60 pupils, the audience from which to raise money is limited. Our Christmas raffle is our biggest fundraiser each year, the better prizes we can offer, the more we can raise.

We are writing to ask if you might be willing to donate a prize, such as a voucher, items to create a hamper, etc, that we can raffle at our Christmas Fayre on 5 December 2025. Any donation will be supporting a good cause and you will be listed on all the raffle marketing.
