I just booked a call back, 30 minutes later I received a text saying good talking to me, except I hadn’t spoken to anyone, let alone Ethan who claimed I had. I would still like to talk to someone

It looks like EE have an outage their end, have received the message unavailable when I tried to call, not that I needed to call them, but wanted to let others know.
