We still cannot get our landline working. We ordered ee in February but still no dial tone. We have a new digital 

Panasonic phone too.

@cazo1  Is it just plugged in to the router?   Just to check you did request to have a landline when you made the order ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes we did request a land line with the order.
This is the third order we have put in.
We still have no land line.

@cazo1   is your phone plugged into the router? Have you tried a simple corded phone plugged into the router?

What do EE say when you call them up?
