@graham146 Are you using a using a EE business account or an EE personal account? Only with a business account because you are VAT registered do EE need to provide you a VAT invoice.

Did you get anywhere with this? I am also struggling, having transferred across from BT Business. The girl on the phone today tells me no other business customers asks for a VAT breakdown, which is rubbish! I am losing the plot with them...

@RCWoodburn If you are using a business account then this will show on your account under billing. Download the bill.

Except mine doesn't - trust me! I have a business mobile, recently started contract in December 2024 and there his no mention of VAT - anywhere! I can get my invoice, but it does not mention VAT which I need for my accounts. I've had two brain-numbing calls and am, no further forward. 😩

Hi @RCWoodburn.
The breakdown of your monthly charges on your EE bill are always shown without VAT. The VAT charge is calculated on page 1 of your bill and show next to the Amount due. This is the amount for you to pay with VAT included.
If this does not show, our technical care team will need to raise a ticket and investigate this further.
