I have recently converted to EE broadband, including installing 2 home phones. I have installed it all, but am having a problem with the Home Phone Plus. If I receive a call, I can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear me, no matter what I do. How do I fix this?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Thanks for responding. Apologies, the caller can hear me, but I can hear nothing, not a squeak. So I have to call them back from my mobile, as I can see their phone number. I have just rebooted the router and hey presto, I can now hear the caller!

Hi @BVR47
Welcome to the community.
Couple of questions. Is the call completely silent for the other person, or is it just very unclear? Does it happen when you dial someone else?
Have you tried restarting the router and the home phones?

Thanks for responding. I can hear the caller perfectly, but the caller can hear nothing, not a squeak. So I have to call them back from my mobile.
