Handsets constantly having to synchronise

I fairly recently moved from BT to EE. There have been issues with my digital handsets ever since and it just seems to be getting worse. They will randomly drop out and become unusable whilst they synchronise again and again.

Morning @Neil8568

Thanks for coming to the community.

Does this happen on incoming and outgoing calls?

Are there any changes to the router lights when the calls drop?

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.

Morning @ISPY

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

Does this happen when the 0845 number calls you or when you try and make a call to this number?

Which model phone are you using?

Speak to you soon.

Leanne.

Hello, As I stated in my post, it's an incoming call from 0845. My base is Firmware 413 and Handset Firmware V3.0 BT_025 checked Hub settings and both handsets are registered ok

Thanks for coming back to me and apologies this was missed @ISPY

If everything is showing connected OK, please give us a call and our tech guides can run through some troubleshooting with you to see what could be causing this 🙂

Leanne.

Still having the same problem. Works for a few days then it is back. Can happen for both incoming and outgoing calls. Screen goes blank , then the bt logo appears with a little tune and back to synchronising handsets. No apparent change in hub when happening

@Neil8568 Has been reported on the Forum that losing and having to repair the handset's have been put down to bad rechargeable batteries in the handset's, you may wish to get a new set or swap about another handset if you have to see how that goes.
