Digital Home Phone Rates

I have come to the end of my old EE contract and when I went to renew and  I am being "upgraded" to their new digital service. They offered me 3 rates, Pay per Call, Unlimited minutes and Unlimited minutes with International. The two latter services are pretty expensive. When I signed up I got a link to pdf document which list their services. In this document under Digital Home Phone Rates, there are 4 listed options
Pay Per Call
700 minutes
Unlimited minutes
Unlimited minutes & international

When I tried to sign up for the 700 minutes service, which is reasonable at an additional cost of just over £3 per month, I was told this was not available. This guide is dated 7 June 2024 so does anyone know why they are not providing this option?

@billgrieve     This service is part of New EE broadband I didn’t know that was being offered yet to legacy customers.     I’ve only just got this myself after 2 months of being out of contract and this was a trial to see if everything goes through OK as it’s not just a simple process to switch from legacy broadband to New EE broadband.    My switch over didn’t involve customer services. 

That might not yet be available, it could also be a pulled  offer.

This is page 13 of their document effective on 7th June 2024. It is pretty clear so do not understand why it is not being offered.
