Contacting EE

This should be Posted on EE's COMPLAINTS FORUM. Why is there not that option on this forum.

Everything was great with BT, My home phone worked and you could call into their helpdesk. You talked to a person, so wonderful. Oh the old days...

BT/EE then had that chat session and all was good.

NOW with EE. After a fraught fibre upgrade. What a shambles, my home phone does not keep connected to the router. I have to repower the home phone adapter and then it works until it drops out again. I cannot text  a message to 66033 from my mobile phone as my messages are not sent but all other texts I send are sent without any problems.

I have talked to EE about this problem but it's so frustrating  when they send you a fast connect text and then it has expired when you want to use it.

How do I contact EE?

Get sometihng that woks from your website please.

Perhaps it's because the new system seems to want to go to sleep if you are not using it and wakes up when you strt using your pc.

How do I contact EE?
