Did you mean:

you sent me confirmation that the contract will not be extended

Why are you sending me bills? I refused your services, you sent me confirmation that the contract will not be extended! and included the MOST HUGE TARIFF. This is some kind of deception! I'm waiting for an answer there, not in some forum.

@Elmolux   As this is a public forum that anyone in the world can access I hope you’re happy with posting your email address on the internet.

And as this is a public forum not customer support no one here will email you about this.

But out of curiosity did you give notice to terminate?  If not your contract changed to a 30 day rolling contract at the minimum term as per the T&Cs of the contract you agreed too.
The contract hasn’t extended it’s now on a 30 day rolling contract until you do something about it.   Change network and use a PAC,  give 30 days notice of termination or upgrade.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How did you refuse EE's services? Did you cancel your contract with 30 days notice? I can think of no other way of "refusing" service.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
