Looking at ordering a new phone but the website says an upgrade isnt available? Is it because the contract already ended back in Feb?

@nm36 If you text UPGRADE to 150 what does it say ?
If you’ve gone past you’re upgrade period then you’re still eligible to upgrade.

@nm36 If you have the my EE app and go to mobile plan ( it’s at the top ) then click view your plan details ( it’s in yellow) it’ll open up a page that says when your tariff started and when the minimum term is. What does it say ?

ok thanks - its the 4gb essential plan started on 27/02/2020 and ended on 27/02/2022 (24 months)

You should be able to upgrade as you are outside of your minimum term.
