Same here，impossible to speak to a human! Tried for 2 days, no luck! Alway ask me the same questions, once you ask a bit more , they said someone will call you in 15 minutes, then you get a text to say you missed a call!!!! Fact is phone even didn't ring!!!! I don't even have a missed call or voice mail!! I really miss the times I was with plus net, it's a shame they were bought by EE!!!!
