Hi @Ebonymonetti It's great news that you've paid off your bill.

If your account was disconnected for a late payment, you'd just need to get in touch with our payment support team, then they can get you all active again.

To speak to payment support, you'd just need to dial 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other device.
