EE have taken nearly £100 out of my account for no reason all i have done is changed network providers and i was only on a PAYG pack, why have they charged me my pack as well as nearly £100

@Hi123451 : You never get billed by EE an extra £100 on PAYG. It's always you who decides what money to pay. You must be on contract.
In what way did you change networks. Did you join EE or leave EE?
