spending cap

hello when i try to remove the spending cap the button just loads without doing anything can anything be done?

i tried 2 different browsers and it was the same in the end i managed to fix the issue by individualy selectin a difrent spent cap and then selecting the no cap and that i will be using my phone abroad also if you select using the phone abroad  an no cap the button to apply the changes just load indefinately
