I Just went online to see what upgrade I could get as my contract finished last month and I am still paying £54 a month for an Iphone 11 pro and it said sorry you cant upgrade this device just yet, my contract ended 30/08/2022 so why is this?

I am also interested in knowing this. I have a second phone in my contract for my son that hasn't been used for a while as it hasn't worked. He hasn't been bothered up intil now, but decided he wanted a new phone for his birthday! It is telling me I can not upgrade this one yet and the contract was up a long time ago! I can't text up to 150 from his phone as its not switching on ??
