i got contract and payed my £20 upfront i then got my first monthly payment two weeks later which should’ve have been end off month now my next payment is in 2nd august which was 20 days after my last payment why am i getting money out so often when it is monthly payments

@jessicalau1 The upfront cost is to help pay towards the handset as the monthly price doesn’t cover this on its own.    You are bill pro rate so your first bill two weeks after having it sounds correct.  But this should have also been for the following month and the days you had the device before you got billed.  

 You need to call customer services and ask about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
