Im due to come to the end of my contract - what happens now
also now when Im chatting to someone generally the call just cuts off?
Why?

@millymoo11 This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum you have to call customer services.
@Sheila1963 once you reach the minimum term of your contract it will change to a 30 day rolling tariff until you give notice to terminate. You’ll receive a 10% discount if it continues past three months on the tariff price
