this is ridiculous i have mobile broadband and a home broadband account been on the phone lots even the tech team no one seems to be able to help linking my devices to my accounts

I'm disappointed to hear our technical support team wasn't able to get this sorted out. I hope they've been able to open a ticket to investigate this further. If not, please ask them to do this so the support team can work on getting this resolved.

  • You link the Home BB by its a/c no. starting 'GB'.

This is sound advice but honestly i've tried both and tech team could'nt help i do not think anyone believes me these contracts cost £35 and £26.99 and my bank payments are a bit erratic and i cant link to find the reason
