@OGK123456 : You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

You may also write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:

EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.

Hello @OGK123456 ,

Welcome to the community,

Why did you not cancel your contract before moving abroad?

You will have to ring customer service to get this sorted and will be liable to pay if you have not reached the minimum term of your contract. You can find the details by clicking on the contact EE, there is a free number you will find by clicking on UK and using Skype. You also have to give 30 days notice, so there is likely to still be something to pay.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
