Hi, i recently changed my network to voxi from ee because ee was getting too expensive for me. I still have to finish paying off for my phone which i would usually do through calling 360 but now my numbers transferred i can no longer do that. I also can’t connect my phone to my ee account on the app because my details don’t match up. What would you recommend i do
