I'm currently on a £71.26/month plan. My contract ends on the 9th of February. How do I change to a much lower priced plan?

@angelaligot  You upgrade.   An upgrade doesn’t mean more costly it just means new tariff.

I don't really want to be locked for another 24 months.

@angelaligot , you can choose a 12 month plan, rather than a 24 month plan if you so wish, if that is what you want, but monthly contracts are either 12or 24 month contracts.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

There is a list of currently available SIM only plans on this page and also price guide here

The 12/24month minimum term only commits you to EE's network for at least that duration - not to the specific plan you choose, providing you are changing from a phone plan.

You are free to choose a no-minimum-term 30day plan if that's suits you, but better value will always come from a longer term.
