Hi i need someone to set up my direct debit as i’m getting charge for late payments as someone cancelled my direct debit and not communicated this with me i’m very frustrated the way there has been 0 communication that my dd has been cancelled and now i have to pay extra

You can set up your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
