it looks like 4 sim only cards where set up for some ipads at our work for 'sales reps' in 2019 however, they have all left now & I am wanting to cancel these but we don't get billed the direct debit just comes out every month.

can I just cancel my DD or how do I go about cancelling them when I have no information?

Stopping your regular payments does not cancel contracts, which will continue to be billed.
