Hello! I have cancelled my Direct Debit through my bank. How can I notify you? I am currently outside the UK.

@Lily8473  to terminate a contract you need to call customer support and give 30 days notice of termination, if you’re still in your contract term then you will have to pay off the remaining term of that contract and just cancelling a direct debit does not terminate a contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you cancelled your contract? If not, EE will find out soon enough when they try to charge you next month and find your DD has bounced. Then they will be after you in earnest.
