I have received information telling me my mobile price is changing.

It gives 2 numbers - one of which I dont have and I need to cancel it.  I dont know how to do this.

The number I use is ******03996

The number I do not have is ******74601

Please can this second number be removed

Hi @Hauldys125 

you will need to contact EE and give 30 days notice. If you are out of contract then you could consider requesting and using a STAC which stops payment the day it's used.
