account has been suspended due to a predicticted charge of over 2500, no one will tell me why or what is the cause of the bill . they just keep saying i have top wait for the actual bill to come out in a week. a have a £5 cut off limit for extra charges so how is my bill predicted to be that high? what are they up to. Just be patient they say but how am i not meant to freak out?

Is there anything listed in the My EE app if you select View your allowance > Extra charges?

It says first my account is suspended, then when I click on that it says I’m correctly up to date with bills and £10 in credit

I'd recommend getting back in touch with Customer Care so the team can take another look to see if the charges are viewable yet.
